1. Nova Poshta (in Ukraine)
Reliable delivery on the territory of Ukraine in the shortest possible time with the possibility of tracking your goods. Free delivery for orders over UAH 1,000. The cost of delivery is according to the tariffs. In the case of cash on delivery, you pay for the product when you receive it from the transport company. At the same time, a % is charged for transferring money. When paying by cash on delivery, advance payment for delivery of goods in two directions.
2. Ukrposhta (in Ukraine)

Exchange and return
Return and exchange conditions
The company returns and exchanges goods purchased from us in accordance with the requirements of the law.
Return terms
Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt (for goods of proper quality). Return delivery of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer. According to current legislation, you can return a good quality product or exchange it if:
 • the product has not been used and has no signs of use by the consumer: scratches, scuffs, stains, etc.;
 • the product is fully assembled and the factory packaging has been preserved;
 • all labels and factory markings are preserved;
 • the product retains its marketable appearance and consumer properties.
