1. Terms of exchange and return
We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If the product does not suit you, you can exchange or return it according to our terms and conditions:
✔ Exchanges and returns are possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
✔ The product must be new, without signs of wear, with all labels and packaging intact.
Refunds are made to a bank card after checking the goods.
2. How to make an exchange or return?
Step 1: Contact our support team (phone, email, messengers).
Step 2: Pack the product in its original form.
Step 3: Send the goods to the specified address (delivery is at the expense of the buyer if the goods are without defect).
Step 4: Receive a new product or a refund after inspection.
3. Warranty and return in case of defect
If you receive a product with a factory defect, we will fully reimburse the shipping costs and replace the product with a new one.
